Simon Gillett, CEO and Managing Partner

After careers in financial markets (Standard Chartered Bank) and academia (Professor of International Relations), Simon started to buy and build businesses. He built sustainable incomes in 8 countries and is now living in Virginia, USA, with his wife and daughter. Simon is English with dual US and British citizenships (ask him why one isn’t enough). He is an alumni of University College London, the University of Exeter and the University of Cambridge and is a past recipient of the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council‘s scholarship for Artificial Intelligence.

Kirk W. McLaren, MBA, CPA, IFM is the CEO of Foresight CFO, Impact Financial Management Certification instructor, the growth financial management lecturer at Georgetown University graduate studies, and author of The 2% CEO Club™. 

His love for small businesses led to the development of the Impact Financial Management™  method to develop CFO’s into Growth CFO’s and guide their performance. Growth CFO’s are not traditional compliance/accounting officers in any sense of the world.

Kirk holds an MBA and M.A. in Finance & Accounting, M.A. in International Relations and Economics from Johns Hopkins SAIS, Graduate Certificate in International Business from Georgetown University, Bachelors of Science from University of Maryland University College, is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), and earned his Impact Financial Management Certification (IFM).

In addition to a rewarding career, Kirk is married to the love of his life – Nayarit, has two sons Don Fernando and Luke Leonardo who are serving at West Point Military Academy, served in the U.S. Army as a Behavioral Scientist during the first Gulf War and is bilingual (Spanish-English).

Kiri Masters is the founder & CEO of Bobsled Marketing, a digital agency that helps established consumer brands grow their Amazon sales channel.  Kiri is a contributor to Forbes, where she writes a weekly column about Amazon from a brand’s perspective. She hosts the Ecommerce Braintrust podcast, and has written two books about Amazon, The Amazon Expansion Plan and Amazon For CMOs.
