After careers in financial markets (Standard Chartered Bank) and academia (Professor of International Relations), Simon started to buy and build businesses and to date has an IRR of 27%. He built sustainable incomes in 8 countries and is now living in Virginia, USA, with his wife and daughter. Simon is English with dual US and British citizenships (ask him why one isn’t enough). He is an alumni of University College London (BA (Hons), MA), the University of Edinburgh (PGDip by Research), the University of Exeter (M.Ed) and the University of Cambridge and is a past recipient of the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council‘s scholarship for Artificial Intelligence.

Kiri is the founder & CEO of Bobsled Marketing, a digital agency that helps established consumer brands grow their Amazon sales channel. Kiri is a contributor to Forbes, where she writes a weekly column about Amazon from a brand’s perspective. She hosts the Ecommerce Braintrust podcast, and has written two books about Amazon, The Amazon Expansion Plan and Amazon For CMOs.
Shinichi started out his career as a theoretical Physicist and has published in various leading journals including the prestigious Physical Review Letters. He has since become a technologist and an entrepreneur, and has over ten years of experience in various leadership roles in start-up organizations. During this time, Shinichi has co-authored five patents in areas related to infrastructure automation and virtualization. Shinichi brings tremendous practical knowledge and experience in technology and in leading engineering teams. Shinichi has a Ph.D. in Physics from Texas A&M University.
